You must have a subscription in order to contact another member with a message. However you can send someone a 'smile' for free to tell them you like their profile. If you do not have a subscription you can buy one by clicking on the "Subscriptions" link on the Members Menu.
B. Where do I read messages sent to me?You can read messages sent to you from other members in your 'Mailbox' which is located in your members area after you log in.
C. Why can I not see the people who have viewed me?The reason why you sometimes cannot see who has viewed you is that the person has their privacy settings turned on. Also, when a profile is waiting for approval (after editing, for example), then it will be invisible to other members.
D. What is a 'Smile'?A 'Smile' is a way of telling another member that you like their profile.
E. Why can't I put my email address in the profile? We do not allow contact information within member profiles, as members have to pay for a subscription in order to contact each other. The payment of this subscription pays for the ongoing costs of the site, and ensures that there is year round service for members.
F. Why can't I send a smile? If your profile is not visible to other members, you will not be able to send them a smile. This happens when you have edited your profile and it is waiting for approval, or when you have suspended your account temporarily.
G. If I send a smile, is the person notified by email? No, the smile is recorded with a link to your profile, in their member page, but an email notification is not sent. This is in order to reduce the amount of emails that are sent out. When you get a new mail message however, you will receive email notification.
